Product Overview
The OPzV Tubular Gel Battery features extremely low self-discharging rates and is constructed from premium materials, with monthly self-discharging less than 1.5%. Gel electrolyte provides excellent heat resistance, performing well in tough conditions (40~60℃). Offers fabulous deep-cycle and DOD recovery performances with free-maintenance operation.
Construction Features
  • Positive plate: Tubular plate with die cast Pb-Ca alloy grid
  • Negative plate: Balanced Pb-Ca grid for improved recombination efficiency
  • Separator: Leaf shape polymer separator
  • Electrolyte: Dilute high purity sulphuric acid with fumed Silica gel
  • Battery container and cover: ABS
  • Pillar seal: 100% factory tested, proven two layers epoxy resin seal
  • Relief valve: Complete with integrated flame arrestor
