By combining the newly developed nano gel electrolyte with up-to-date AGM structures, we created the innovative AGM gel battery (G type). This type offers 15 years design life with very high deep cycling capability.

This series is highly suited to telecom outdoor applications, renewable energy systems, and other harsh environment applications.

This series is highly suited for very unreliable power applications requiring the batteries to provide extra cyclic life performance such as outdoor applications, small RE systems and electric vehicles.

• Long Life: VRLA gel type battery uses high-tin alloy positive grids and thick plates to reduce the utilization of active material. It has special additives. Its 40% DOD cycle life can reach over 3000 times as per the requirement of IEC 60896-22-2004.
• Super Overdischarge Tolerance: After 5 times of over-discharges which cause the short circuit, battery capacity restoration can reach more than 95%.
• High Cycling Ability: Special gel electrolyte additives, curing process at high temperature and high humidity are employed to delay the softening of active material, therefore the deep cycle endurance is improved efficaciously.
• Excellent High-current Performance: Tighten assembly is designed to reduce distance of battery plates, to improve the high current discharge performance.
• Safety: The rubber O-ring with strong corrosion resistance and the special adhesive are adopted to seal the terminals of the batteries, ensuring no acid leakage from the roots of terminals, and safe and reliable operation.
• Maintenance Free: Since the design is of low liquid type, the gases generated inside the system is recombined into water; there is no need to add water or acid.
• Various Installation Types: The special AGM separator can absorb the electrolyte thus there is no free acid inside the battery, therefore both vertical and horizontal positions are allowed when the batteries are to be mounted.
