12V series VRLA deep cycle batteries are produced through internationally advanced technology and modern equipment and designed by fully type performance test. The positive plate uses high-tin alloy grids with strong corrosion resistance. The float charging life of battery can reach more than 5 years.
Adopting dedicated ultra-fine glass fiber separators with high porosity and high wet-elasticity, combining with tight assembling technology, the battery has a high tolerance for super over-discharge. After 5 times of over-discharges which cause the short circuit, battery tolerance restoration can reach more than 95%.
Special gel electrolyte additives, curing process at high temperature and high humidity are employed to delay the softening of active material, therefore the deep cycle endurance is improved up to 50%, especially the anti-passivation (anti barrier layer) capacity of positive plates during reaction when batteries are used for small load and small current discharge.
Precise, quantitative, low temperature, vacuum acid filling method, advanced and environmentally friendly container formation technics ensures battery stable consistency.
